This week I got notice that both my ‘nanny families’ are moving this spring. After 30 plus years in the childcare field I was hoping this gig would take us right to retirement, instead I am looking at writing a new chapter (albeit a small chapter!) in our life story. I was standing in the middle of the road looking left and right to see which path I should take. My first thought was what can I do from my living room table?!?!
I have decided to start a business helping others simplify their lives by offering a service to scan their photos and documents onto SD cards. It’s no Konmari* but it is a way to help people get started on THEIR journey.
Life is about how you handle change and challenges. Do I want to settle for nacho’s or strive for a tomahawk steak? I will be happy with something in the middle.
