A little break this morning in the RV action – though I expect we will be out there at some point today.
Our hearts are full that we got to spend more time with our son, Danny, and his girlfriend, Kim, who together co-own The Swinery in West Seattle. We were able to hang out and help a bit with the smoking of many, many turkeys and I was honored to make the cranberry sauce for one of the sides they offered. Our bellies will be full today when we get to eat one of those gorgeous smoked birds along with all the other goodies you just have to have to make the day complete. (Oh and the cranberry sauce sold out so I am happily making more this morning!)
