“I’ve got good news and bad news.”

While we wrap our head around the tasks at hand we start with a few projects that mean little in the scheme of things but have immediate satisfaction.  For instance, I’m sanding the  over the sink chopping board so I can coat it with mineral oil and make it pretty again.  Husband is checking the condition of the paint on the outside.  My pulse quickens a bit when I hear, “I’ve got good news and bad news.” – oh boy…. WHAT????  “The good news is the paints cleaning up great.”  AND???? “The bad news is, there is a lot of paint!” Alright smart aleck, get back to it.

In the meantime, it’s like we are the favorite kids on the block with UPS, Federal Express and USPS deliveries.  Dicor sealant, an inverter, (free) material samples for furniture, surge protector, LED replacement bulbs and a T-skirt to replace the one that is missing – these things are adding to the pile of what we’ve been buying for the last few years.  Any holiday or birthday gifts have been Fulltime RV life themed – solar flashlights, folding camp chairs and the like, so while things aren’t out of control, there is definitely a closet that may or may not be overflowing!

The list, the list….. okay, tomorrow we will focus on the list, but first check out that shine,  gotta love a good before and after photo.
