The painting has begun!

I’m horrible at prep work – and cleaning up afterwards if truth be told – BUT I do like the results of a finished project so taping and hanging plastic etc isn’t so bad today.  We brought the cupboard doors outside to paint with the air gun and it covered nicely.  We used rollers on the inside, and though the natural light from the sun was gone by the time we applied the second coat, I’m confident we have a nice finish.  If all goes according to plan we will paint the hallway and bedroom wall and cupboards today.  The combined primer and paint is thick and covers the dark brown laminate well.  Another good thing about going minimally – it’s a small area to paint!
