I’ve been waiting to find water damage – not that I WANTED it but after all these years I expected to find some – and here it is. A tiny 6 inch by 6 inch square near the door. It was a remarkably quick fix with the vibrating saw and a replacement piece of plywood. Luckily the aluminum floor piece was right underneath it so there was something easy to attach it too instead of building frames under the flooring. The sides are covered with flex seal now and we are ready to move on to installing the new door seal.
